| In return for being granted permission to participate in, and exhibit my motor vehicle in, the Durango Motor Expo/Durango Old Car Club Car Show on June 20th 2009, on Historic Main Avenue in Durango, Colorado, I herewith agree to personally accept full responsibility for any damage that I may cause, and/or for any damage to my vehicle regardless of cause. I agree that I will hold harmless the Durango Old Car Club, its officers, sponsors, and members from any damages, injury, or other action arising from this event, either directly or indirectly. I further stipulate that my heirs, assigns, and insurers be bound by this agreement. |
